Sub: Selection for the post of WelfareInspector, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar

The post of Welfare Inspector, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay of Rs.2800/- is to be filled up by selection from among willing and eligible officials of Circle office pool who are in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay of Rs.2400/- for a tenure of 4(four) years from the date of appointment.In case of non availability of suitablecandidates for the post from Circle office pool, it may go to Postal Wing or RMS pool in usual turn.

The selection will be made by a selection committee/DPC at Circle level. The qualification/eligibility for the post is as under which will be taken into account at the time of selection.

You are, therefore, requested to call for applications from the willing and eligible officialsof your Unit/Division and forward the same with up to date CR dossiersof the applicants along with disciplinary/vigilance clearance report, currency of punishment, if any, your specific recommendation or otherwise so as to reach this office latest by 10.09.2011.

Applications received thereafter will be summarily rejected. This may be given wide publicity among staff including those on leave.
