After gold coins, it's HMT watches for sale at post offices

As part of providing more diversified services to the public, the Department of Posts has entered into a pact with watch manufacturer HMT for retailing its watches through its post offices.

As per the agreement, around 50 watch models between the price tag of Rs 395 and Rs 3,300 would be available.
An inaugural offer of 10-25% discount on select models had also been announced.
The service would currently be available at Anna Road Head Post Office and at Chennai GPO.
