EARLY INDICATION IS FOR AGAIN 6-7% HIKE IN DA WEF JAN 2012
All India Consumer Price Index Number for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) on base 2001=100 for the month of August, 2011 increased by 1 point and stood at 194 (one hundred & ninety four) .
With data of CPI now available for AUG 2011rush for DA details wef from JAN 2012 will start , four more months details of AICPIN data is due and DA details will be updated every month when AICIPN data is available from Govt.
GOVT DA WILL BE 64% ON JANUARY 1,2012.

I know that the DA is Calculated on Basic Paybut how much % we should take to calculate DA. everybody say that it is calculated on Basic Pay but nobody are explaning the %. Will it differs from sector to sector i mean to say that the calculation of DA will be different for Central Government, State Government, Public Limited companies and Private Limited Companies. Please help me in this matter.

ReplyDeleteAfter retirement he was not eligible for the revision of pay and da rates asper new 5 and 6 pay commissions due to pending case against him
what are the rates of DA are applicable in his case
Very useful infomration. I thought the DA gets merged with the basic in adjustment and new DA rates are on the merged basic. Nice and elaborate. Thanks
