Calling for nominations for a special programme at APPC on “Managing a Post
Office”
A copy of Directorate letter No. 10-23/2012-Trg. Dated 3-8-12 regarding above
subject is forwarded herewith for information. The training programme is
scheduled to be held from 24-09-12 to 5-10-12 at APPC, Bangkok.
I am directed to request you to forward the nominations(not more than one), if
any, from your unit in the enclosed proforma. Postmasters of important Post
Offices and Divisional Heads may be nominated for the aforesaid training
programme. Kindly spell out the specific performace of the officer
nominated clearly in justification of the nomination.
Officers/officials with less than 2 years of service before superannuation (as
on the day of commencement of the training) or who have already undergone any
training abroad need not be nominated. The availability of the officials
nominated and their willingness to attend the programme may also be
ascertained.
Nomination,
if any, in respect of your unit should be submitted latest by 7-8-12 so
as to submit it in time. If no reply is received by 1700 hrs on 7-8-12 from any
unit, it will be presumed that there is no nomination from that unit.
This is urgent.
