IT 2.0 is the Information Technology Modernization Project Phase II launched by the Department of Posts (DoP) with an outlay of ₹5,785 crore over eight years (2022–2030). It builds on the success of IT 1.0 (2012) and aims to modernize all 1.65 lakh post offices across India.
